Fall Property Management & Evaluation:

• Reseed, top-dress, and correct faults in turf areas

• *Mulch all bed areas

• Deer Repellent applications

• Continue weekly maintenance consisting of:

• Mowing and trimming grass

• Detailing and weeding beds

• Cleanup of leaves, vacuuming and removing from property

• Final fall cleanup consisting of:

• Cleanup up all leaves

• Cleaning Gutters

• Cutting back dormant perennials

• Tying up ornamentals in preparation for snow and ice

• Wrapping ornamentals with burlap for wind screening

• Putting up deer fencing

• Staking driveway for snow management

• Walk property with horticulturalist looking for deadwood pruning in large trees and any tree removals
